The room was incredibly comfortable with 3 double beds, with essentials required.

Our experience here was fairly nice. Everything was perfect during 3 days, loved its comfortable location really close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar. The really helpful and genuinely helpful staff upgraded us to a comfy room with 3 double beds. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the room.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure in the property. The staff, particularly Hassan and Osman, were extremely professional and friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They provided us with helpful information about the city and were always available to assist us. The location of the property was ideal, within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmed. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, perfect for a family of 5 or 6 with bunk beds for the kids. The ambiance was pleasant and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. we highly recommend this property for its great value for money and convenient location.

We especially enjoyed the sea view from our window, and the cozy ambiance of the property.

The apartment was lacking in cookware, which could be a setback for those wishing to prepare their meals.

My new year celebration was a blast! The studio room was spacious and comfortable with a good city view. The location was perfect, just a short walk to major tourist attractions and good restaurants. The shower was powerful and hot, and the room was equipped with a kettle, microwave, and fridge which was a huge plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.

The stairs were a bit steep and difficult to climb, especially with luggage. , the bedding could use a refresh as it looked a bit worn out and outdated.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. 16 min walk to Grand Bazaar. Wonderful host, Hassan, available and attentive. Clean and comfortable room, with all necessary amenities. Good value for money, highly recommended.

The rooms at Ayka Apart Suites Old City are absolutely amazing! They have everything you need, from a wardrobe to a flat-screen TV, and even a private bathroom with a bidet. It feels like a home away from home, and I couldn't be happier with the amenities provided. As a guest who values comfort and convenience, this was the perfect choice for me.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the microwave and stovetop in the selected rooms. But hey, that's just my preference.
